Vivek Gupta

Vivek Gupta is an industrialist, politician, and media leader. A former Rajya Sabha MP and former MLA from Jorasanko, he leads Sanmarg, Eastern India's top Hindi daily, as Chairman and Group Editor. Under his leadership, Sanmarg reached a readership of about 1.5 million, championing the voice of the Hindi-speaking business community.

He also serves as Vice Chairman of WBTIDCL, Chairman of the Pashchimbanga Hindi Academy, and heads the TMC Hindi Cell. An active member of national media and industry bodies, he plays a key role in shaping policy and public dialogue.
